Do you file the paperwork or do I?
We do. Our filing team prepares and submits your formation documents to the state, then tracks approval and uploads the approved documents to your dashboard.
Can I use Incofile if I live outside the United States?
Yes. A large share of our clients are international founders. We handle the EIN without an SSN, the ITIN application, registered agent and virtual mailbox that non-US owners usually need.
What happens after my company is formed?
