Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my virtual address as my registered agent address?
No. A registered agent must be available in person during business hours to accept legal papers. Use our Registered Agent service for that, and your virtual address for everyday business mail.
Can I use it to open a US bank account?
Many founders use their virtual address on bank and payment applications. Each bank sets its own rules, so check your bank's requirements before you apply.
What happens if the sender misspells my business name?
That's fine as long as the suite number is correct and the name is close. Mail addressed to a completely different name may be returned to the sender.
What if I want a virtual address in more than one state?
Order a separate virtual address for each state.
Do I need to fill in USPS Form 1583?
Yes. US postal rules require Form 1583 so we can receive mail for your business. We send it to you after you order and help you complete it.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The price shown is all you pay: $155 per year.
